WI Talk

I had a lovely time giving a talk on herbal medicine to Bradnop Women's Institute last night! Thank you June Walker for inviting me and to all the ladies for being so welcoming and curious.

The talk consisted of:

- the origins of herbal medicine

- modern ways of practicing as a herbalist

- ways to use "garden weeds"

- herbs for common ailments

- reclaiming your health sovereignty

- common drug/herb interactions and safety.

Feedback from the organiser: "Thank you for your talk last night, it was great. I've had nothing but positive feedback about it. Everyone found it so interesting and learned a lot. You delivered the talk so well, too. I think some of will definitely be coming to see you in the near future. Many thanks once again."

If you've got a group that would enjoy such a talk, drop me a message!
